I'm not sure about the rule in the 2a but there is talk of Zigic moving to Real Sociedad, so presumably it doesn't apply to them and it is an open market.

Tim. Do you know if this 5-game transfer rule applies only in La Primera? Can a Segunda team buy someone who has played more than five games for their team in the first division (or in the second, come to that)? As a supporter of a team in the aforementioned 2a (though soon to be back in La Primera!) it would be useful to know what our options are. The Moose........genius!
